I'm home from the salon, after three hours of having my extensions removed and my hair color refreshed. Having the extensions removed was much more painful than I expected because I had lots of tiny little knots where the bonds were attached. I wasn't sure what my own hair would look like since it hasn't been cut since April, but it retained it's shape quite well, and my stylist only had to do a bit of trimming. My own hair is collarbone length, which makes me happy. It may not be long hair at the moment, but it's not short hair either.
My head is sore and my hands are tired, but I managed to type a few words to hit the 10,000 word mark, which I'd usually be looking for this coming weekend. I like being able to bank a few words here and there, so that I can account for the important things in life, like hair extension removal.
I'm going to write for an hour or so and then call it a night. I'm pretty tired. Or is that pretty, tired? Or a tired pretty? LOL
